Q: I have less than perfect credit, can I still get approved?

A: Absolutely!! We are a company that specializes in military financing, we have a simple application for in-house financing and also have partners in military lending. We are here to help you get the financing you need and rebuild your credit in the process as we do report to all three national credit bureaus.

Q: What about your warranty?

A: Furniture and Jewelry have a 20 day satisfaction guarantee. These products must be returned in original packing and a small return freight fee may apply. Electronics are fully guaranteed by manufacturer. Computers warranties include One Full Year Parts and Lifetime on service. Absolutely the best in the industry.

Q: What kind of systems do you offer?

A: Patriot Computers has one of the most expansive selections around. Some other places only service the high end niche, and you can't find anything for under $3000. A: We offer financing for all active and retired United States Military personnel and Federal government employees, including Postal Workers.

Q: Do I need money down ?

A: No, regardless of your credit history, ABSOLUTELY NO DOWN PAYMENT is required .

Q: Do I need good credit for approval?

A: No, our records show that 98.7% of our applicants get approved. We are NOT concerned about your credit history. Even prior liens and a prior bankruptcy are not a problem for us. However, we simply cannot finance those currently involved in an open bankruptcy plan or currently signed up with a Consumer Debt Counseling Service.

Q: How can I get new merchandise from you?

A: Come into one of our locations, give us a call at (800) 683-2165, or apply here online. Customers who come into our stores can take their merchandise home with them the same day. If you can't make it into our store, no problem! We ship all over the United States and can get your product out to you in most cases, the day you place your order with us.

Q: How are you different from Rent to Own?

A: Save as much as 50% and you own your merchandise..

Q: Will this loan help me establish credit or repair my credit rating?

A: Patriot Computers reports loan activity monthly to the Nation Credit Bureaus. Boost that credit score in no time. Get a much better deal on that next car loan.

Q: Sounds great but how are your interest rates?

A: Our finance charges run 1.5% monthly. We are much lower than most major department stores and even discount electronics warehouses. We offer a simple interest loan, with NO prepayment penalties, which means you can make additional payments at any time to reduce your finance charge, or pay off the balance early.

Q: When do I get my order? Does it take a long time like other companies?

A: Just 30 minutes for walk in customers. For out of town orders less than 5 business days direct from us or one of our many distribution points across the U. S. Overseas orders, 7 to 10 days. We ship all U.S. States and FPO and APO addresses.

Q: Can I use my power of attorney if my loved one is on deployment?

A: Of course. We know how tough it is when a loved one is gone. We certainly want to our part in taking care of those who stay behind. In fact we even service you old computer FREE, to help you stay in contact with your spouse overseas.

Q: Do the computer systems come with a warranty or any extras?

A: Oh yeah, we hook you up. Aside from our one year parts and Lifetime labor warranty our systems come with many extras. We usually throw in FREE items such as a color printer, 2.1 or 5.1 surround speakers, your choice of laptop cases, a laptop cooler, a digital or web camera and a pack of software worth over $600. *specifications subject to change and items vary per deal.

Q: OK I'm ready, where do I start, what do I need to do?

A: Call if you need a lift, visit one of our showrooms, or simply sign up online. A representative will contact you shortly. All you need is your driver’s license, Military ID, proof of a banking account (debit card or voided check) and a copy of your current LES. That’s it, we’ll have you done in 30 minutes and on your way.

Q: How long before I can add on to an existing account?

A: Minutes. We’re always ready to help in any way we can. In some cases you may have to pay down your balance just a bit. But it’s our goal to be your one stop credit shop. Ready for you when you need us.

Q: What if I don't see what I want on your web site?

A: We offer so many products that we can't possibly list then all on our web site. If you don't see what you want, give us a call. If it's available we will find it for you.
