1. Who qualifies for this REAL DEAL?
We offer financing for all active and retired United States Military personnel and Federal government employees.
2. Do you do financing for non-military customers?
Yes, call or stop by one of our showrooms for information on Civilian short-term financing as requirements, specifications and length of term differ from military financing.
3. Do I need money down and do payments start right away?
No, regardless of your credit history, ABSOLUTELY NO DOWN PAYMENT is required and NO PAYMENTS FOR 60 days from receipt of your computer system. *Civilian financing may differ.
4. Do I need good credit for approval?
Nope, our records show that 98.7% of our applicants get approved. We are NOT concerned about your credit history. Even prior liens and prior bankruptcy are not a problem for us. However, we simply cannot finance those currently involved in an open bankruptcy plan or currently signed up with a Consumer Debt Counseling Service.
5. Will this loan help me establish credit or repair my credit rating?
Patriot Computers reports loan activity monthly to the Experian Credit Bureau. On-time payments will help you re-establish your credit rating.
6. Sounds great but how are your interest rates?
Our finance charges run 1.5% monthly. We are much lower than most major department stores and discount electronics warehouses. We offer a simple interest loan, with NO prepayment penalties, which means you can make additional payments at any time to reduce your finance charge, or pay off the balance early.
7. When do I get my computer system? Does it take a long time like other companies?
After credit approval, usually less than 30 minutes, if you have come to our showroom you will leave the with your computer system the same day. For non-local customers we will ship your system via UPS the same or next business day. It usually takes an average of 5 to 7 business days from the date of your initial order. We ship within the continental United States, Hawaii and Alaska. We will send you the tracking number via email so that you may track your shipment on the UPS shipping website.
8. Do the computer systems come with a warranty or any extras?
Oh yeah, we hook you up. Aside from our one year parts and labor warranty our systems come with many extras. We usually throw in FREE items such as a color printer, a scanner, 2.1 or 5.1 surround speakers, your choice of laptop cases, a laptop cooler, a digital or web camera and a pack of software worth over $600. *specifications subject to change and items vary per deal.
9. OK i'm ready, where do I start, what do I need to do?
Stop by one of our showrooms and fill out a short credit app. You will need to bring your drivers license, Military ID, proof of a banking account (debit card or voided check) and a copy of your current LES. Thats it, the whole process usually takes less than 30 minutes. OR you can fill out our secure online application and we will contact you as soon as possible.

2. Oopse, I broke it. Now what do I do?
Please contact any of our showrooms for warranty repair. Our certified in-house computer technicians will be glad to help you either over the phone or just bring it in to us. Our goal is to make you happy, if we think your computer repair may take an unusual amount of time, we will set you up with a loaner PC to use in the mean time. *subject to repair curcumstances.
